I need a pac code pls. How do I get one. Unable to access phone as its broken.

I need a pac code to transfer my sons number. The phone is broken so can't access messages. Thanks

Hello @Tee girl,

 

You can text PAC to 65075 from the iD SIM to get a PAC Code.

Simply put the SIM into a friend or family members phone to do this as it doesn’t need to come from the iD phone itself.

 

Alternatively, (if you’re on a SIM-only plan) you can click My Account > End my plan and get a PAC code this way.
