i ordered a new sim because i wanted to change my plan not realising i could’ve done it with my current sim. i want to cancel the sim i ordered but can’t seem to find out how. i didn’t make an ID account for it because i wasn’t going to use it but now i’ve lost the sim and i’m paying for something i don’t use and can’t afford. please help me i just want to cancel it
