I want to cancel a contract within 14 days

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a company. I ordered a phone over a week ago, wasn’t made aware it was out of stock and have so far one vague email with no signs of when it may be due in. I have tried to contact via the phone, its shut, the chat bot is useless and the website is an abomination to navigate, one dead post to another about terrible service. Can someone please contact me with a simple solution to cancel before the contract starts, I no longer want anything to do with this company  and have ordered a phone elsewhere

Hi @Tubbietech, you mentioned a chat bot, but have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

You’ll need to be using a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
