My contract expires next month and I have spent a fruitless week attempting to give 30 days notice. What is going on? Can someone help me to achieve this please?

We can help with this, you can do this via our Live Chat or by the logging into the iD app/account and clicking My Account > End my plan.

If it was possible to get it done on Live Chat or via the app I would have. Neither works to cancel my plan. I do not want to keep the number. My 2 year plan ends 14th November and I have not been able to get the plan cancelled - no STAC or PAC required I just want the plan and number to die asap
