My PAC isn't working

I am trying to leave id mobile and they’ve sent me a pac code that is not working, what am I to do now?

Hi @paulwan, can you please run me through what you’ve done so far?

The easiest way to request a PAC is to text PAC to 65075. Once you receive the PAC code, you’ll need to give this to your new network. There are a number of ways to do this; depending on the network, you may simply have to fill in a form.

If you could let me know the exact chain of events, we should be able to help you out.
