No option to cancel my account

I want to cancel my account ASAP but I do not have the option since there is no way to speak live with any of the assistants, nor can I do that through a phone or email.

Hello @AgneZai,

Have you tried logging into your iD app/account?

You should be able to click My Account > End my plan to cancel

 

Alternatively, you can cancel by:

Requesting a PAC code and using it (text PAC to 65075)

Requesting and using a STAC code (text STAC to 75075).

 

STAC is used if you do not want to keep the number, whereas PAC is if you wanted to keep the number.

In either case, give the code to your new network.

I don’t want to keep my number I already have a new card and number but I want to cancel my current ID mobile account, therefore I do not need PAC or STAC

Also, I already lost the old number between moving and cannot text from that card.
