PAC code needed STAC requested in error

I have tried to request PAC toreplace STAC but cannot conract Live Chat or retext

I am leaving IDmobile and requested a PAC code, i give the code to virgin and it saws it is blocked

Hello @steviemaast,

Did you check to make sure the PAC Code had not expired?

Our PAC Codes start with VTM.

 

You can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075.
