Trying to cancel contract for number


Hi,

 

I’ve tried every method you offer to cancel the pay monthly contract for 07853652798 and no luck. I even sat on chat for 40 minutes with no response.

Please advise as I’d like to cancel this contract asap.

Sorry to hear you want to leave us.

Please confirm how you want this account to be cancelled? and the method you used to cancel eg. Request PAC, Request STAC, End your iD mobile contract.

This will help us identify the reason it may not have worked.

Alternatively, you will need to contact our Live Chat team are available for account related support, as this would be the quickest way.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Hi Pearl,

I tried the links for ending the contract but some of the links are broken or do not work.

It seems a lot of people are having the same issues.

I tried the online chat but gave up as each time the login session expired.

 

This contract ends this month and I don't want to continue paying beyond that.

 

Please advise how I can do this ?

Please contact Live Chat team to cancel. 

This is the recommended method of cancellation if you have tried the other methods and failed.
