This is beyond frustrating. I have been trying since Saturday to cancel this plan which I an still with in the cooling of period. I've been going in circles with no human chat agent a available, can't cancel on app as it says I need to chat to ID, phone call is load of rubbish that I am already aware of. So frustrating. I just want out of this sim only 30 day rolling contract.
PS: even posting this question is proving to be a challenge!
