I am trying to cancel my account, but have been unable to do so through the “My account” section on the website.
I have navigated to: My account → Thinking of leaving? → Switch or Cancel Now → End your iD mobile plan
However, I get this error each time: “Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details”
I have also tried the other cancellation options like “Leave and take my number (PAC)” but the same thing happens.
Can anyone help?
