I can't buy a bundle


I have paid for a bundle twice and it's capped I can't do anything? Help please

Hi, I may have the same problem.

I had a £15 bundle that expired and I used my mobile app to bump it up to a £20 one but nothing happened.  I tried to buy the £20 bundle again, including entering payment details and the app confirming that I’d paid but still no bundle.  The money has left my account (£40 in total) but still nothing.  I think this might be because I changed the bundle after the old one had expired but why you can’t just start me on a new one is a mystery.

I also can’t get through to a human by phone which is frankly VERY annoying.  As you guys have my money can you sort out giving me a refund of one of the bundles and a phone service as soon as possible please?
