2nd line not working

Hi, I recently set up an additional line attached to my existing account. My partner added the the eSIM on her iPhone 11 and is able to use the data, but cannot make or receive calls. WhatsApp calls work but not standard calls. Any ideas?

Is this new contract under your name, or your partners please?

 

When they go into phone settings, is the correct number showing?

 

Do they have any signal at all, and do texts work okay?
