3 SIMS sent but only 1 Number and PIN

Hello,

I purchased 3 SIMs and they have arrived but I only have an email with the phone number and PIN for one of them.

I have however received a bill email for another number which I guess is one of the others. This feels like a bit a cruel joke to bill me for something you haven’t given me the ability to use. I have been on your customer service chat and wasted a very long time going through security twice only to be cut off and having to start again. The 3rd person I chatted with gave me an email to contact iD mobile with but the automated response said its for sending documents only.

How do I contact someone to get this sorted?

I had high hopes for iD mobile and was thinking of bringing my wife's and my own numbers over as well but this is looking extremely unlikely considering this poor start. I am also now considering pulling the plug on everything.

Okay @MaxD, iD always ship their SIM cards, for new plans, already activated.

To find the numbers linked to your new SIM cards, just pop them in a phone and then call or text a friend or family member.

In addition, iD Mobile are 100% online for help & support - sadly, you’re already familiar with the online chat, but you can also get (private) assistance with your plans through iD Mobile’s social media team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message).

Any out-of-hours messages on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.

It’s not just the number. I need the PIN

Okay @MaxD, it should be easier to get hold of the PIN if you know the number - especially if you message the iD social media team. 

But, as all these new SIM cards are active, when you use them for the 1st time, you should receive a text message with the customer service PIN for the given number.

Sorry to hear you’ve only had an email for one of your plans, you definitely should’ve received an email about all three, have you checked your junk to make sure?

 

If you’re still struggling to find all the numbers of the plans we can help with this if you get in contact with us via the iD Mobile Live Chat!

 

The PINs for each number should be sent in a welcome text, so I’d recommend using each SIM and checking the text that comes through for the PINs!
