I purchased 3 SIMs and they have arrived but I only have an email with the phone number and PIN for one of them.
I have however received a bill email for another number which I guess is one of the others. This feels like a bit a cruel joke to bill me for something you haven’t given me the ability to use. I have been on your customer service chat and wasted a very long time going through security twice only to be cut off and having to start again. The 3rd person I chatted with gave me an email to contact iD mobile with but the automated response said its for sending documents only.
How do I contact someone to get this sorted?
I had high hopes for iD mobile and was thinking of bringing my wife's and my own numbers over as well but this is looking extremely unlikely considering this poor start. I am also now considering pulling the plug on everything.
