accidental plan change

I have accidentally changed my plan to a more expensive one when trying to find out how long I had left, there is no option to cancel or go back to my original plan but I have no need for the extra benefits and don’t want the new plan at all, please help.

Hello @Dylan Hardaker,

It’s not possible to reverse the plan change via the app/account but needs to be done via an agent who raises a request to our TechTeam to do.

We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account, so we can discuss your issue further.

To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.
