Hello.

I accidentally deleted my eSIM, order number [REDACTED] and transaction number [REDACTED].

Can someone reissue it? Many thanks.

Hi @edwardpinnegar

I’d recommend similar to @Daz_S above, the best thing to do is get in touch so we can assist with a replacement SIM.

Hi there @edwardpinnegar

It is entirely up to you of course, but posting details like that on a public forum might not be the best idea. I have raised this and hopefully a member of staff will hide/remove those numbers when they get on shift.

Anyway, you’d be better off contacting iD via Live Chat

iD’s Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays. You can access Live Chat here: www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

(start the chat with talk to person or speak to person to bypass their automated chat bot)

You’ll need those details and as you already know they email it your registered email address and the QR code must be used on the phone you want to use.

Should anyone reply asking for you email address PLEASE ignore this request. iD already have it on their system.

Let us know how you get on 🤞

No problem at all Edward.

Glad to hear its now sorted.

iD won’t delete this thread and others may add to it too over time. You can unsubscribe using the link on the first post (next to the green star) and this will stop further email notifications.

But it will eventually move to their archive section whereby no further replies can be added.
