Another ‘refer a friend’ issue


We are also awaiting the refer a friend reward for new customer referral, we’ve passed three bills and checked the spam folder.Where do we escalate the issue for resolution?

We are eligible according to the terms and conditions , have passed the three bills and have checked and rechecked all of our mail including spam without success. What should we do next?
