Hi, when I bought my new ID mobile plan I received an email with a link to get the 3 free months and the offer now said it's expired but the email doesn't mention when I could redeem the offer , so I was wondering if I have to do something or I just lost the offer?

+26I’m not from iD, but the offer terms do appear to make your purchase eligible for 3-months of free Apple TV+ etcetera. Perhaps the two iD emails, about your order, have the wrong link
