When clicking on the link to redeem the offer, get a URL Can Not be found error message. Could someone from ID Mobile help please?

im having this issue too when trying to redeem 3 months free Apple TV- screenshot below.
I’m also having issues redeeming 3 months Apple Music. Only gives me 2 months free when I click the link on my “Thank You For Your Order” email - screenshots below.
