I made an account about 5-6 days ago now, applied for a contract for the Nothing Phone2 and I have not heard back from anyone, I haven't had any emails whatsoever and it's been like 5-6 days now 

I can't ring and speak to you as I don't have a number to sign in with, please help what did I do.

If you’ve got an order reference number @Tiffany Hall, you could try calling iD telephone sales team, during normal office hours, on 020 7139 1397.

I don't have an order reference number, I tried ringing them and can't speak to no one without it but have no email with a reference number

Your order reference number would normally have been shown online at the point-of-purchase from iD @Tiffany Hall.

If you didn’t see the reference number online, when you ordered, then it sounds like your order was not processed properly at the iD end @Tiffany Hall.

Did iD ask for your direct debit details when you were ordering?
