In terms of customer service with IDMobile?
I had a phone call yesterday (outbound) from the complaints department which I would like to request a copy of.
Question
Are all calls recorded?

We may be able to retrieve a call between iD Mobile and a customer for an internal investigation, however I don’t believe we’d be able to provide a copy of it to yourself, sorry.
If you’re in contact with the complaints team, we’d recommend keeping contact with them.
