I can't remove adult content

Hello, I wanted to ask if it showed on my account ID that my first payment will be on September 4 and you collected the money today? I've been with you for less than a month and I thought the first payment would be as on my billing.today you downloaded the payment that should have been on September 4, I changed the payments to be downloaded on the 16th of each month and it shows that in September the second download for this month, how is that possible? I've been with you for two and a half weeks and why didn't you download the payment on September 4 as it was on my payment plan? It turns out that you want to download 2 payments for September because it shows on my payment plan. Please help me solve this problem
