Hi I have been have real issues with my phone since last Wednesday. Someone impersonated me to ID mobile , requested a new esim and sim and blocked my phone.I managed to get the esim blocked and the phone working but the sim card was sent to an address in another city. ID mobile told me not to worry as the sim could not be activated as I had charged my security details. Since then I have numerous texts from ID mobile saying sim activation is in progress. They say it is nothing to worry about but whoever had my details is stilltrying. ,i cant get a straight answer from ID mobile as to how they have managed to do this. I have now been notified someone has asked for a PAC code to transfer the number. I hope this will not go through but can't check as live chat and phone lines are closed until tomorrow morning. This has taken up considerable time and Iis quite stressful. I am hoping ID mobile will see this and investigate further. In the meantime I have wait until the lines open. It's not really good service is it?
