Australian roam away refund please

Hello admin, Aussie roaming doesn’t work in-spite of buying the full 10 day package.  Live chat told me they fixed it, they didn’t.  Can you sort our a full refund please - especially as it seems from the id community that others have been told there is a problem with roam away in Australia

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@dj1707.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Can you please confirm which networks are showing available and if you have attempted to connect on all of them?

Hi Natalie

All the correct networks were appearing but there was no functionality when I connected to them - this appears to be a common issue looking at the forums.  I did everything on the advice page for an iPhone to try and resolve it more than once but with no joy whatsoever.  And thanks @Mzone  I did then join a live chat which told me it had resolved it but it didn’t - it’s so frustrating being 11 hours difference in time and wasting holiday trying to sort something which is clearly an issue with the supplier.  ​@Natalie W The ten days ends on 9th Feb.  I’ve had to buy a local Sim instead as ID mobile roam beyond would not work.  I have the transcript from my original live chat and my attempt to follow up the next day.  

Please can you sort a refund off my next bill ASAP
