Signed up for eSIM 

gave bank details 

gave card details 

all i have been offered is access to this and a bunch of community emails.

 

where are the staff/emails to set up my phone number ?

I’ve amended the title of the post, please refrain from using offensive language while on the community.

 

The community is completely separate to the iD Mobile app and your actual iD Mobile account, after purchasing and selecting eSIM, you should receive an email around an hour later to activate your eSIM.

 

If you still don’t have this, please let us know so we can get in touch.
