Hi, i was late last month paying my bill, so couple days later i went to pay and it asked for the missing month plus the upcoming month. I paid this but now its end of month again its stating i owe the bill, but i payed double last month please help thanks.

You’ll probably need to use the online iD live chat to talk to iD customer service about your billing issues.
The online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

You’ll still be issued the bill via email, if you have the credits on your account (from having paid extra) the bill should just take from the credits.
