bill capping - how do I do it?

I want to put a bill cap on my phone

Okay @Clairesteph, if you’re registered for your “My iD Account” online, then just login your iD account online, or in the iD app, and set the bill cap to your desired value. 

Not registered yet - contact iD customer services using their online live chat service.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
