bill paid twice, how can I get a refund

If you’ve made 2 bill payments you can either:
Leave the payment on as a credit which is simply used to pay the next bill or we can PM you here to get you a refund processed via Direct Debit.
Please let us know which you’d prefer.

How do get a refund, July payment has come out twice £10.60.
