bill payment - direct debit query

Wy is my monthly payment taken out at a different time every month and wy does it come out early every month

Bills should be coming out on (or just after) 14-days from when the bill was produced.

The date on your bank may vary because it takes a few days for payments to fully clear.

Check the date in the iD app/account.

Each PDF bill we produce will have the amount being billed, full breakdown but also confirm the date we will collect the payment.

Where is it telling you you haven’t paid your bill?

With your payment from your bank account, is the payment pending or has it fully gone through?
