billed from EE despite cancelling

Hi  I keep getting a bill from EE  but I  bought a pay as you go  sim  card from them for just over £2 and rang them and gave me  a  pack  code  which I gave Id but I still keep getting charged for EE and  ID and only want to be charged for id I have lost my ee phone number do you have it please

Hi I keep getting charged from id but I  gave you a pack code from them and  so I’m charged from  EE  and ID

Hello @Pamela Key,

What date did you submit the PAC code to us and what date were you given for the switch?

If you submitted the PAC code we confirm what date we’ll be bringing the number over on.

Your EE Contract would be cancelled once the number switches over to us.

Hey @Pamela Key,

As above, when the number switches over to iD Mobile that’s when the number would be cancelled.

If you log into the iD app/account, it’ll show the number that’s active on the account.

If you still need help checking this, let us know and we’ll check this for you.
