I’ve been with ID Mobile for my 2 childrens numbers since February 25th. Bill February £8 per number, March £8 per number (which is what I signed up for) April’s bill says £11.64 per number and it’s got an additional £3.03 on each bill for a period of time already paid for in previous bills. Why am I being charged for the same period again.
February I was invoiced for 25/2-24/3
March it was 26/3 to 24/4 and now April it says 25/4 to 24/5/24 (which is correct) plus 25/3 to 21st April which I already paid in March? WHY?

Looks like something has gone wrong with the billing, @lewis1910.
From dates listed in your post, looks like iD did not bill for 25th March 2024.
