Payments can take 5 working days to process.

It sounds like your payment may have not been successful as it would usually show on your bank account as taken.

Once the payment has cleared the services are restored within 24 hours.

No I did not get it sorted out I'm seriously thinking of going elsewhere as soon as iam able to

I paid 20 pounds for my account on the 12 of this month by the automated phone call but for some reason their still haven't taken it off my account and reinstalled my service
