billing and plan changing

Hello ID , I have been trying to reach you for quite a while to no avail I want to cancel my contract and yet it is not allowing me to access the (7777) number and I am also logged out of the app.

it is also not allowing me to add my direct debit to this phone which means every 21 days I have to manually pay for it and it is £41.94 which is not affordable as I am a student! 
 

could I please get someone to contact me by my email.
