Is it possible for me to get my bill payment date pushed back a bit if I’m struggling and won’t be able to pay it on time?

Welcome to the Community!

We can certainly look at extending the payment if you are unable to make it on the due date.

If you are wanting to change the payment date for all future payments so it’s taken on a date that suits you, you can do this via your account.
