Billing issue

I have been sent  message that you have had issues processing my last bill.

What should I do as I work long hours. I am happy with my simple capped plan where I pay £3.99 A month and this is giving me a headache with the threat I need to login and update or I'll be charged.

We are sorry to hear about this, do you pay your bill by Direct Debit? If so, we would advise logging into your account online or through our app to see if the Direct Debit requires attention.
