Has anyone had their data reduced for no apparent reason and their monthly payment increased

Your bill will provide a full breakdown of your allowances and any charges involved.
If your bill shows a different data allowance amount then what you should have please let us know.
However the price increase that you are referring to could be RPI which you can find further information about HERE.
