ive received my phone and sim but the sim doesn’t seem to be registering. Any advice please?
My best advice is leave ID while your in the cooling off period, It is just issue after issue with them, The service is that rubbish I paid my contract off after 3 months as I could not bear the rubbish service any longer, you will not get the signal or data speeds you was “quoted”
Did you purchase via Currys or via iD Mobile directly?
I saw recently a customer had purchased via Currys Click & Collect but they had not closed down the order correctly so this did not submit the connection.
