Just read a reply to my call allowances from rory but the system changed the status to solved when is not solved. Rory I still can't call out on a 0845 number. Useless community service this is?

Numbers starting with 0845 are chargeable numbers. It would be best to check what your spend cap limit is through the iD app. If it is set to 0 then you will need to increase this so you can make calls to 0845 numbers.
