Recently I found that lyca mobile provide the facility in user’s online account to view the call/text record on daily basis.
In ID mobile I need to wait for monthly bill to get the call/text records.
Is there a similar feature available(as in lyca mobile) in ID mobile to see the call/text record on daily basis?

It’s possible that real-time billing information availability is down to the mobile network infrastructure provider - Three UK for iD, and EE for Lyca provider. Three and EE probably use different billing systems.

Do you know if customer can request this feature for ID app/account? If so what is the process for raising the request?
