when i try calling a contact it can call completely random people. recently i have also been getting a lot of scam calls which i decline, but maybe they’re doing something somehow. what is going on and how do i fix it?

Just to confirm when you call family or friends the call diverts to someone else?
It may be worth trying a replacement SIM card and if that doesn’t work we can investigate it further.
Please can you advise if you would like a SIM sent out or if you prefer to collect one from Curry’s.
