My partner is currently in Ibiza and cannot make calls or send texts. He gets this message:
"We inform you that this service is unavailable from the number you are calling from"
Roaming is switched on on his id mobile account and on the phone, minutes and texts are included in his plan. How can this be fixed?

I’m sorry to hear this, has the user tried manually connecting to a network?
Are they getting any signal at all? How is data?
