Calls cutting out....esim related?

Evening,

been with ID since February last year and recently swapped to a esim due to using another physical sim (with someone else). Not sure if it's the esim but I've had a few issues with calls disconnecting. Reckon the 8 times I've called my dad this week calls last anywhere from 2 to 6 minutes the just cut off also had this with a few calls to others the same. Having rang back on the other provider they seem fine so doesn't look like an issue with the other people.

 

Are there some setting I can update, using a pixel 8 pro

    There is no difference between using an eSIM or a physical SIM in regard to connecting to the mobile network. You could try requesting a replacement eSIM to see if that fixes the issue but like I said it shouldn’t be any different. I use iPhone so unable to help with any settings I’m afraid.
