Calls within Netherlands appear to be barred in the last few days. Is there a reason for this?

Calls within the Netherlands which I was able to make a few days ago now are answered with the message: “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”.

I have only used 38 minutes of calls in the current billing period. 

My Roaming setting in my account is on. Data roaming works fine.

I’m sorry to hear this, are these charged premium calls?

 

Is your bill cap high enough to allow these calls to be made?
