Why can I not cancel my account, this is terrible customer service from ID mobile, I will seek legal action to stop my DD.
Can I exercise my right to cancel my direct debit as I cannot get an answer about cancelling my account?

You can cancel by speaking to our Live Chat, via the iD account or by requesting and using a PAC/STAC code.
All of this is outlined on our How To’s
If for any reason you cannot do any of these, we’ve sent you a PM now so you can speak to us there to cancel.
But note, cancelling your Direct Debit is not a valid means of disconnection.
