Can I get my old number back after I canceled iD Mobile services?
I live in Poland and I cannot pay a payment outstanding balance for the amount of 2.41, what should I do? I don't have a UK credit or debit card, only a Lloyds account. Polish cards don't work 😪
please help me and THX in advance xx

Hi @Kama Cze Thanks for getting in touch!

For payment, you would need to use a UK bank account. You should be able to pay via the iD mobile app/your account online if you still have access.

As for the number, you would be able to request a PAC code up to 60-days after the contract disconnects. Are you within that time period, and do you still have the iD SIM?

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your answer, I have a bank account at Lloyds, but the payment request can only be made with a credit or debit card, that has already expired :((( I would need a sort code and a bank account to settle the payment. More than 60 days have passed since the contract was disconnected and I still have access to iD Mobile account, but I must first settle the payment to request a PAC code…

If you’ve got a UK bank account @Kama Cze, perhaps you can use online banking to pay iD the overdue amount.
