I have just recieved a new iPhone 14 but mistakenly ordered it in black but I wanted blue. Do I have to cancel my contract or can the phone be swapped. I also wanted to create an account but when i try to register, i get a message saying a pin has been sent to my new ID mobile number. I can’t get this as I don’t want to activate my new phone that I want to return. Please help

You would have to return everything and cancel the lot. Then, order again and, providing you pass a second credit check, your new handset and SIM will be sent to you. You will receive a final bill for the current device and SIM covering the period from dispatch right up until it’s cancelled as they are sent activated.
