Can not create an account?

I have tried to create my account but cant complete it as the code is being sent to my ID mobile number  which I don't have and not keeping as I need to retain my old number.

Hi @Jools Partridge 

 

I’d recommend registering before the number port is taking place or around 24 hours after the number port has fully completed so the system is fully updated.
