can't access account

Hi. 

 

Need urgent help 

Changed plan to sim only but I'm being bill twice. One by DD then by getting a message payment required and blocked my phone. 

 

Unable to access account due to this new app. Email address linked to account I no longer have access too. How do get this sorted.
