Can't access online complaints procedure

Hi,

After going round in circles on the website, I’m totally at a loss about how to file a complaint online now. Apart from the apocalyptically unresponsive customer ‘service’ the website could use some work, since the complaints procedure page and document download both refer to a ‘raise my complaint online’ button which is nowhere to be seen.

I’ll resort to post if I have to, but I’d rather get this sorted sooner.

Could we get a link to the page in question you’re referring to?  We’ll ensure we feed that back to our Web Team if something isn’t working.

Tried in a different browser, found the button, doesn’t work. Great stuff.
