Can't make or receive calls on both ID contracts not happy


I've taken 2 contracts and got 2 phones constantly having network issues do better ID Mobile I've just cancelled one contract

On numerous occasions this has happend now, with expenses of contracts and unable to make and receive calls for a number of hours, one occasion being 2 days...specially when we need them for work it's a joke, to be getting an error message on the outage page so can't track progress either, perhaps a warning message to users of the service would be nice rather than us finding out and having a good old panic when we can't call out to work or loved ones not everyone uses the app, website etc specially out and about where there's no WiFi to make WiFi calling available 😡
