I've been trying to make calls over the last few weeks and they just won't connect even though I have 1,2 or 3 bars showing. Please advise. Hoe can I contact someone at ID

The staff work until 8pm on weekdays - out-of-hours support is automated.

You could also try the Facebook or Twitter teams if you use those platforms.
Regarding your calls, does this happen everywhere or just at home? Can you use texts and mobile data okay? Do you definitely have enough minutes left in your call allowance?

Only showing “ not connected to network” cannot phone out but can receive

If you’re able to receive calls, you should be connected to the network to some degree.
What happens when you attempt to call out?
How are texts and data?

Do you get any error messages when you try and make a call?

I've had major problems making calls tbe calls arnt connecting don't even ring , others have phoned me and said it was ringing though it never even registered that someone called leg alone rang

Sorry to hear this, you aren’t able to make calls outbound, and aren’t receiving them inbound, correct?
How long has this been an issue?
